By using Sociobear’s platform and services, you agree to the policies and conditions listed below. When you create an account or place an order, it is understood that you have carefully read, acknowledged, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Sociobear will not be held responsible for any kind of loss, dispute, or damage that occurs if a user ignores or fails to follow these terms.

Delivery Policy

  • Placing an order on Sociobear automatically confirms your acceptance of all our rules, whether you have reviewed them in detail or not.

  • We may revise or update our terms at any time without sending prior notifications. It is the customer’s duty to check these terms before submitting new orders.

  • All services must be used in accordance with the respective social media platform’s rules and policies (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, SoundCloud, Pinterest).

  • Prices for services may be adjusted at any point without notice, and such changes apply to all orders placed afterward.

  • Delivery speed is based on estimates and not guaranteed. Delays do not qualify for refunds.

  • In order to complete an order, Sociobear reserves the right to slightly adjust the service type if required.

  • We provide the volume stated in the service description, but platform updates, drops, or restrictions may impact results. Sociobear cannot be held accountable for those external changes.

Sociobear will not be liable for any financial, professional, or reputational damages caused directly or indirectly by the use of our services.

Liabilities

We are not responsible if your accounts face suspension, termination, or penalties from any social networks such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and others as a result of using our services.

Privacy Policy

  • We prioritize the safety of your personal data. Information provided by users is used only for processing orders.

  • Customer details will never be sold, shared, or traded with outside parties.

  • All sensitive data is protected with encryption and stored securely on our servers.

Refund Policy

  • All top-ups and payments are final and cannot be refunded once credited.

  • Customers agree not to raise disputes or chargebacks after making payments. Doing so may lead to permanent account bans and service cancellation.

  • Refunds are only provided as panel credits if we fail to deliver a service.

  • Orders placed with wrong account details, private accounts, or invalid links are not eligible for refunds. Please verify your input before submitting.

  • Using multiple service providers on the same account/page simultaneously is prohibited and will void refund eligibility.

  • Fraudulent transactions, including payments made with stolen cards, will result in immediate termination of the user’s account.

  • We do not promise real engagement (likes, comments, sales) from delivered followers or views — we only guarantee the service quantity itself.

  • Although we aim to supply accounts of decent quality, we cannot ensure that every profile will contain a profile picture, bio, or content.

  • Content that violates platform community guidelines (such as adult or restricted material) is strictly forbidden.

  • Refill or replacement guarantees do not apply for accounts that already had more than 100K+ followers/likes/views before the order.
